Omega Statistics Fee Schedule

This fee schedule includes only the most common services requested. I will gladly supply you with cost information on my other services, or for specialized work.

For services in which a price is not specifically indicated, statistician time is charged at $250 per hour.

I offer a 30 minute initial project evaluation and discussion by telephone at no charge.

A “+” symbol means that the fee for the service indicated is the minimum fee or retainer. If the scope of work extends beyond the equivalent of the retainer, then additional hourly rates will be charged, upon acceptance by both parties.

Fees may be paid by cash, personal check, money order, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or PayPal. Payment in advance is required for fees of $3000 or less. Fees over $3000 require a 50% deposit of the fee, with the remaining balance due upon delivery at the completion of the work.

Please contact me directly to discuss your project needs and budget. If the estimated cost is beyond your budget, we may find ways to lower the cost within the scope of your project. My office hours are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Pacific Time, Monday - Friday.

Hourly Consulting

• Researcher Rate (Dissertation Students, journal article work, researchers) $175 / hour
• Corporate Rate (Industry, CRO's, for-profit entities) $250 / hour

Dissertation Clients Only: If you are currently or formerly in the military, please ask for the military discount (10%).

Dissertation Coaching Services

Dissertation coaching includes assistance with research design, survey and instrument development, hypothesis testing, developing an analysis plan, presentation of results, and other specific questions and concerns of the process of completing your dissertation. I do not provide the written chapters for dissertation coaching. See below for full service rates for writing each dissertation chapter.

I charge a retainer of 10 hours ($1750) for dissertation coaching. Coaching sessions are online via GoToMeeting software and can be recorded for you to view later. Hours not used will be refunded to you, less a 3-hour minimum fee. If the scope of work extends beyond the retainer, additional hours will be charged as needed contingent upon acceptance by both parties.

Full Service Dissertation Rates

• Introduction Chapter (Chapter 1): Full service includes unlimited consulting and coaching, written chapter in APA format, and up to 2 content revisions. Additional revisions billed hourly at the researcher rate. $3000+
• Literature Review (Chapter 2): Includes literature search and review, written chapter in APA format, and up to 2 content revisions. $8,000+
• Methodology (Chapter 3): Includes definition of research questions/hypotheses, operationalization of variables, definition of analyses, and power analysis for sample size. $3500+
• Results (Chapter 4) — Full Service: Includes unlimited consulting and coaching, cleaning/coding of data set, all analyses, delivery of dataset and output, written chapter in APA format, and up to 2 content revisions. $5000+
• Results (Chapter 4) — Just the Analysis Service: For clients who only need the analysis and consulting. Includes cleaning/coding of dataset, all analyses, delivery of dataset and output, and 2 hours of consulting via GoToMeeting. $2000+
• Discussion (Chapter 5): Full service includes unlimited consulting and coaching, written chapter in APA format, and up to 2 content revisions. $4000+

Clinical Research

• Retainer: Hourly retainer for consulting and collaboration on clinical trials and research. $250+ per hour
• Protocol Review: Review of study protocol and statistical analysis plan with comments. $2000+
• Sample Size Calculation: Power analysis and sample size justification. $1000+
• Statistical Analysis Plan: Written SAP for clinical trials. $15,000+
• Data Analysis: Analysis of clinical trial data with written report. Project-based pricing; contact for quote.

Analysis and Consulting
